Baldwin is very helpful is available 24/7 explains everything clearly and takes the stress of buying/selling your home. I highly recommend Baldwin to anyone I know. He knows what he is doing and is very good at it and takes his time with all of it.

I cannot say enough about Baldwin. From the first moment I started discussing my need to sell my home, he was nothing but supportive. He listened earnestly to all of my worries, concerns and doubts and always replied with positive, honest answers. I put my trust in him and it paid off!! Anyone looking to sell or buy, if you are able to work with Baldwin consider yourself very lucky. He will go the extra mile (or in my case, the extra hundreds of miles) to make your sale or purchase a success. His real estate knowledge and professionalism is unsurpassed, but equally important his desire to help others is boundless. I don’t know how he does it, but he seems to read my mind. I didn’t tell him this, but I was worried that some plants I have in pots were going to die because I wasn’t there to water them. Then I get a text from him, “...I’m watering the plants”. He helped me with installing a new front door lock set, holding my mail, advising me on what upgrades to make and those to leave as they are. He is amazing!! 100% recommend!!!

I always dreamed of owning a home, but it never seemed realistic, especially in Southern California. Wendy helped make that happened for my family and I. She was extremely resourceful while helping us organize everything necessary to look for a home, get qualified, and close. On top of that, she followed up and even surprised us with a Thanksgiving pie! Her patience, communication, and perseverance are top-notch, and I highly recommend getting Wendy in your corner if you plan on buying a house. I didn't think it was possible, but she opened our eyes to the possibility that became a reality.
