My experience working with Marwan was fantastic. Both my business partner and I had a fast turnaround; Marwan recognized that we had this constraint and went above and beyond to help us. I was a first-time purchaser, as was my partner. Marwan clearly recognized that we were largely unfamiliar with the various processes involved in these types of transactions and took the time to carefully explain the things we needed to know. Whether it was a contract change we were uneasy about, a step in the process we were uncomfortable with, or a new charge we didn't know would occur, Marwan was always ready to explain. He is a master at consolidating complicated topics, explaining why the things that matter do and why the things that don't, don't matter. Freaking out is easy when you're moving big money. Having someone walk you through the process and let you know where that money is going is invaluable. While Marwan is making the big moves, you can focus on planning elsewhere, making everything a lot more manageable. I'd work with Marwan again. I plan to work with Marwan again. When someone is as good as he is at what he does, there's little reason to look elsewhere. He has my business from now on.

I loved working with Dalia. Easily the most responsive, most attentive, most thoughtful real estate agent I've worked with. And I've worked with some very good ones. Dalia dialed in on exactly what I was looking for, never pressured me to take something that was close to what I was looking for but rather encouraged me to hold out for the one I had to have. Always so kind. Always on time. Always had great advice at exactly the right time. I would recommend her to anyone.
