Debra is a smart, experienced real estate agent who is very familiar with Cape Ann. We were lucky to find her because we are not from the area and needed to get up to speed in a hurry. She listened carefully to our description of what we were looking for, and did a great job of selecting properties we might be interested in. We appreciated her sharp eye for the strengths and weaknesses of a house, her help in determining an offer price, and her expertise regarding details of the Purchase and Sale Agreement. But what we liked most about Debra was our feeling that she was working for us, not just for the sale. She seemed to be genuinely interested in finding a home that fit our needs, and seemed as happy as we were when we finally did.

Dedicated, reliable, knowledgeable, professional, ethical, kind. Debra was our agent in 2022 during an exceptionally challenging buyers’ market.
