Sarah was friendly and knowledgeable. She always had an answer for a question no matter how frivolous it was. It was like working with a friend. She showed me many homes at my crazy available times and worked hard to get me on my new home. I have a relative working with her now and she’s giving him the same amazing treatment. I recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a home. I’m a disabled Veteran and a widow so this was a total new experience on my own and her expertise and kindness was extremely helpful and valuable to me. I never imagined that I would be in a new home by the end of the summer but here I am loving it and living the American Dream. I wish everyone buying a home could have Sarah as their realtor because she’s fantastic!

Andy was amazing with helping us buy our first home. We honestly had no idea what we were in for or what we were doing. Andy was super laid back, easy to talk and answers calls and texts almost immediately. He was super informative and gave us tips on things based on his own home ownership experiences. Highly Recommend Andy!

We were matched with Joe by our mortgage broker, Rocket Mortgage, so I did not have high expectations. But from the very first phone call, Joe surprised me with his professionalism and his eagerness to help up find the right home. Our circumstances were unusual because we were looking for a forever retirement home, but we were not looking in any particular area. In fact, we were looking at listings online that were all over the state of Ohio. Joe was not phased and was willing and eager to show us properties all over. He always had a smile on his face and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. We eventually found a home and he was right there with us through the offer and closing processes. We are not likely to buy or sell another home, but if we do, our first call will be to Joe so we can work with him again.

Ashley was fantastic throughout the whole process! She was extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in and gave us her honest opinion on whatever we asked. She is patient and helps through every step and with any questions you may have. I will recommend her to all of my friends and family looking to buy in the future.
