I met Dawnita by accident looking for another realtor. Within just a few moments, I felt I would rather work with Dawnita. I was visiting Pinedale from California looking for land for my retirement home. After showing me around Pinedale, I felt comfortable to look on my own and found a parcel right next to one of Dawnita's listings. In a few days, she helped me purchase the parcel I liked and my retirement home is underway. Dawnita was proactive, friendly, very knowledgeable, and helped my dream home come true. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home or land in the Pinedale area.

When we decided to sell property in Sublette County, Dawnita came highly recommended. She was able to quickly assess our property, recommend a competitive price range, and get us listed within a matter of a few days. She also told us she was already aware of buyers that would likely be interested. In just a few days after listing, we had an offer, counter-offer, and signed contract. Closing was flawless. What is even more impressive is all this was done remotely as we live in Texas. She made the entire process from listing to closing easy and we couldn't be happier with her support. Highly, highly recommend her.

This woman is one of the most INCREDIBLE Real Estate Agents I've ever worked with. I am a real estate Appraiser. So is my grandfather who used Dawnita to buy and sell his home in Pinedale. My grandfather and my grandmother told me endlessly how amazing Dawnita was. Being a real estate Appraiser who works with a lot of agents, I didn't really believe it. Until I arrived in Pinedale. #1. Dawnita ALWAYS answers the phone, even AFTER the house is sold. #2. Need someone locally? Need a referral? A notary? A handyman? Some movers? Dawnita knows everyone. And she bends over backwards to help you. She doesn't ghost you as soon as she gets her commission (like some agents do). She ACTUALLY CARES. And she is super connected in the community so she knows where to go for what, who to talk to, etc. I got to speak with Dawnita. I found her incredibly knowledgeable about real estate, the local market and handling buyers and sellers. She also demonstrated this through her actions when helping my grandparent's. This review is 100% unsolicited. Dawnita just impressed me so much, and helped my family so much, I wanted everyone else to know how fabulous she is. Thank you Dawnita. You are one of the few. ??

Dawnita was so professional, organized, and she helped us work through all the details to sell our home smoothly. She went above and beyond and works hard for you. Her marketing and network connections were fantastic. She was in contact with us daily and her communication skills were top notch! She truly knows the market and had our house sold in less than 48 hours! We are endlessly grateful to have her as our agent. Dawnita, your amazing!!!!

Dawnita was a pleasure to work with and did all she could to help with selling our old home and buying our new one. She made the process all but effortless and went the extra mile for us.
