David represented by wife and I on two recent transactions. He was the realtor on the sale of one property and the buying of another property. David is simply the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is professional, knowledgeable, responsive and extremely helpful. We lived out of state making our transactions more difficult but David was able to make all the necessary arrangements, acquire service providers and represent our interests. David was always available and very responsive. We could not have completed the selling and buying from out of state without his expertise, experience and willingness to help. He consistently exceeded all expectations. Anyone would be lucky to have David represent them.

David did a great job. Sold on day 1 over asking. Start to finish in 5 weeks. Call him. It's only your money. He was always available, his team was on top of everything. It's the best decision we made while going through this transition. Seriously, do yourself a favor and call them if you are selling your home in the Menifee area.

We went to an open house for a property we had eyes on, and invited Gabriella to represent us since we didn’t already have an agent. Not only was that an easy decision, it was certainly the right one! We met her on a Saturday on our way out of town. She was in constant communication with us over the next few days, and by Wednesday the sellers had accepted our offer and we were off to the races. It’s been a long many years since we’d gone through the process of buying a house, but Gabriella led the charge, connecting us with the other parties that would ultimately be with us until we closed escrow. Everything went off without a hitch, and we moved so smoothly through the process we were concerned there was something we were missing. But Gabriella didn’t miss a beat, and stayed with us and remained available for questions even today, months afterward. Without even trying (at least it appears effortless), Gabriella presents herself in an extremely confident yet approachable way, and the moment we met her it was as though we’d been working with her for years. Thank you, Gabriella, for choosing us as your clients!

Shelly paid attention to my situation and turned it from something terrible into a new beginning. All my questions were answered – some of them even before I asked! Buying my first house was a disaster and I was confused/frustrated the entire time. But buying this house with Shelly could not have been a more “me – centered” experience. I’m not just giving her all fives because I rushed through the form. I really mean it. This lady takes her job seriously and it SHOWS. I liked that my goals became Shelly‘s goals. She made sure we stayed in my price range, she made sure I was aware of hidden costs, she called other agents out for sending me bad deals. Being Up front with me about costs is so important, I have to repeat it. She works with folks who will drop what they're doing if you have a question. The mortgage broker, the escrow team. OMG AMAZING. Back to Shelly. This lady is a rockstar. 10/10
