Missed an appointment, then was late to another and decided to text instead of call as he was scheduled to. I refused to do business further with him.

David was a great realtor, he showed my wife and I exactly what we asked to see unlike other agents that we went to. In thee end we ended up purchasing the first house that he had shown us. David was there for us through everything even coming to our closing which we thought was extremely kind of him to give up his personal time when he didn't have to be there.

When we were ready to sell our property in Addison, we wanted to find an agent who has done a lot of sales in our area. We found David through a referral. He was well above our expectation! He knows the market in our area extremely well. He looked at our property, came up with a listing price and also a higher target price. He proposed a good strategy and was confident about achieving the target price. He also has a lot of contacts. He put out words that the property would be available soon. Within a week after our first meeting and before the property was listed, he already secured an offer for the target price. David was also very good about ensuring that things go smoothly during the escrow period. He kept us updated regularly and made the whole process very painless for us. He went beyond her responsibility as an agent to make things easy for us. I would recommend him to any seller in Addison who is looking for a good agent.
