We found a house on Zillow and the realtor was Darrell Porter. We decided to contact him and visit the house in South Caroline - best choice ever in meeting Darrell. From day one he was very professional, knew the area, and was a subject matter expert in Real Estate buying and selling. We made an offer that day and secured Darrell's support in purchasing the house. Darrell - exceeded our expectations everyday and absolutely went beyond "the call of duty"! Our closing took almost 3 months due to a very difficult seller and seller's agent. Darrell pushed this sale and closing along managing us, the seller, the sellers agent, and our lender - far more than what is expected of an agent. We can not say enough good things about Darrell and his motivation, professionalism, and devotion to help us achieve our dream of owning this house. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house within the South Carolina area.

Since the first time I spoke with Mr. Darrell I was so pleased of meeting him. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me places. But I had some issues going on but he never gave up on me. He always stayed in touched with me until I got approved for my loan. It was a struggle with the loan people but Mr. Darrell stayed on top of everything. If I had to do it all over again I would contact him because he works with you and stays on top of his job!!!!! And whenever I had questions I would contact him and if he didn’t have the answer he would find it out for me!!!!! Thanks again

Darrell is very knowledgeable, has great interpersonal skills, very patient and not pushy at all. He responds very promptly with communications and questions. I would highly recommend him

Darrell was nothing short of amazing from beginning to end! As a first time seller, he made sure I was in the loop about everything. Even if he didn't know an answer, he made sure to find one for me.

I cant thank Mr Porter enough he went above what our business was. He was quick to respond to any questions. He was very professional about the progress of my business. He was aproachable about other contracters. Which was very apricated. Also it was nice that followed up.
