Danna worked with me to successfully navigate the purchase of a foreclosure, the first time I had ever attempted to do this. She is very knowledgeable about foreclosures, and was able to prepare me (and remind me) that this is an entirely different process than buying a home from a private seller. She was very responsive to my questions, and she kept me informed in real time when she received new information from the agent/bank representing the sale of the home. She was very patient and understanding when I became exasperated and wanted to walk away from the whole thing. I never felt pressured. We reached a successful conclusion and I am now in my new home. Not only is Danna professional, she also has a good sense of humor, and there were times when humor was definitely needed in this situation. Danna also passed along information about local resources for home buyers which was helpful. I would imagine that hiring Danna as an agent for a "regular" home purchase or sale would be a breeze with her professionalism and her willingness to handle matters that come up.

We have used Danna's expertise in real estate previously with another property. Without a doubt we would HIGHLY recommend Danna! Not only was she incredibly knowledgable with all aspects of the property we purchased, but she was extremely efficient and excelled with our closing this deal quickly! Danna is very personable and friendly as if you've known her for years! Her building and design knowledge was also quite impressive! Again, HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

Danna was always a step ahead, agile and informative. She brought us thru the experience with flying colors! We had not purchased a home since 2003 so we were true rookies. Danna has tracking tools and checked in with great frequency and reassurance. It seemed to just roll along!
