Great agent to do business with and has a great team as well. Not the best time of year to list but we had a lot of interest and several offers. I would use Dan and recommend him to anyone looking to sell a home.

Dan and his group were great to work with. They knew what they were talking about and got the word out there to get people in to see it. I really enjoyed the feedback we received from potential buyers and scheduling system for viewings they used was also very convenient. Even though we had to sell at a difficult time of year they helped us get our house sold in a timely manner.

We have sold two home using Dan Kennedy. Dan is so great at keeping you updated step by step. He also was very helpful in helping us with comparable homes in the local market to help us sell for the very best price! We originally were planning on on trying to sell our home on our own considering the market was doing very well. However, I'm very glad we decided not to do that. Dan was a life saver especially considering some of the issues we encountered I don't think we could have ever predicted or have handled by ourselves. You just never know what might come up and having a licensed expert on your side we learned is so important. Moving is so stressful as it is so it was so nice to know that a professional was helping us. He was excellent with his negotiations, his knowledge of contracts and correct processes, and with helping us make the right decisions when it came up. And even though we weren't buying a house through him (only listing and selling our own) he helped us on the other too even though he didn't have to. Our home was under contract within a week which was amazing, but it's never a smooth ride in real estate when so many people and organizations are involved. It was a good thing we had Dan to help smooth out those bumps and to help us stay calm and have peace of mind. He was always very respectful and professional and always stayed cool under pressure. Thanks so much Dan! I can definitely give him and his team my highest recommendation.
