This man right here has went above and beyond to help us buy our first home! Not only did he not mind answering our countless questions we had, he has continued to help us navigate being first time home owners and continue to answer any questions we have. I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone! He's kind, very knowledgeable in what he does and will work tirelessly on your behalf. Hands down, the absolute best!

Above and beyond does not begin to describe how hard Daniel worked for me. I was a very picky first time home buyer. I had what I considered a "shoe string" budget and champagne taste. Ultimately, Daniel found a home that was not listed by another agent - aka for sale by owner. That reassured me he was indeed working hard for me because I knew for sell by owner only made his job harder and to my surprise I never heard a complaint from Dan about it. One of the best parts of the whole process was that Dan kept me UNDER my approved loan amount (what kind sales person does that?!) In addition as a 1st time buyer I never felt uneducated about the buying process: from our offer, counter offers, negotiations, under contract, and then closing - I was confident. Daniel was always upfront about what he was doing on my behalf. It was a smooth transaction. A few times I was beyond frustrated with the other party. Daniel was very understanding and stuck by me as his client but he had a way of always bringing me back to the "big picture". I needed that voice of reason while making such a big purchase. He is professional, always on time, always quick to response, and proactive. Daniel will my go to realtor for selling and buying in the future.

Very responsive and knowledgeable, we enjoyed working with Dan. His knowledge and expertise was extremely valuable in our search for a home. He always had time for us and answered our questions immediately. We would definitely use him again as his experience and knowledge was exceeded our expectations.

Refused to let me see the place before applying. Since I refused to pay for the application before seeing the house he said I wasn’t worth his time. I have seen many places that look nothing like their picture. Very disappointed in his behavior.

We love Dan! He has helped us several times now with buying, selling, and even just browsing the market. Being a young buyer/seller is stressful, but he made it so much easier. He is always super responsive and quick to answer any questions (we had a lot). He is very professional without being intimadating. He knows the best finance guys, and can recommend just about anyone you need. We will never use anyone but Dan for real estate transactions.
