After bringing Craig on as our listing agent, we found his commitment to presenting our condo in the best possible way not only helped sell our property, but the ease of communicating with us throughout the entire process was outstanding along with that of his assistant, Jacob. Craig and his team were wonderful to work with. I purchased a condo through him and he was so knowledgeable and professional that years later when I decided to sell, I went straight back to Craig and he handled the whole process excellently and got me sold quickly!

Craig Duran is a fantastic, trustworthy realtor. We were quite nervous listing our Panama City Beach Condo at the beginning of the pandemic,  but Craig eased our worries. He and his team maintained thorough communication with us throughout the process. They were professional, patient, and upfront, making them a pleasure to work with.   Craig is extremely knowledgeable about the area. The biggest differentiator for us was his ability to skillfully use technology for data analysis and marketing. We were particularly impressed by how he closed the sale remotely during a lockdown period, without a single hiccup. We highly recommend Craig Duran, especially if you are buying/selling remotely!

Craig was the agent for the sale of our PCB home. We encountered about every unexpected hiccup you could imagine, but Craig was available and communicative throughout. He was available evenings and weekends, and clearly had a positive rapport with other agents, helping to ensure a successful closing. Realtors are a dime a dozen in a vacation community, but Craig is truly a local expert and a professional realtor.

Craig recently sold our Breakfast Point home in Panama City Beach, FL. He was a true professional in every sense of the word. We originally contacted Craig months before we were ready to start selling our home to get his professional opinion of what we needed to do to get our home listing ready. He provided great insight into what was worth our time and money as well as what wasn't. When it came time to pick a listing agent, we interviewed a few professionals but Craig stood out. He took the time to walk through our entire home again and helped us understand both the physical and intangible aspects that would help us sell our home at the price point he was suggesting. Craig put together a marketing plan including amazing professional pictures and a marketing video. He was always quick to respond to our phone calls and text messages which hasn't always been the case with other agents we have worked with in the past. He also has an amazing group of people working with him, including Jacob, that could answer questions or help with requests when needed. Once we started receiving offers on our home, Craig helped us decipher what was good, what wasn't and how to negotiate to get to the price we should get for our home. He never pressured us to accept an offer that was below what we agreed the value of our home was. In fact, he came up with very creative counteroffers to bridge the gap between ourselves and the buyer for the offer that ultimately led to our home sale. Craig negotiated concessions we didn't even know were possible to help us feel more at ease with the transaction. Once the offer was signed with both parties, Craig kept in touch to help us understand what was next and what we needed to complete to successfully close. He even brought our son a stuffed animal to help him with the move on the day we were moving out. Craig went above and beyond to sell our home and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.
