Courtney is the realtor. She is great. She went above and behind with us. A couple of only 23 as 24 years old. To make sure we had everything we needed. She made it possible even when it was impossible. She accomodated our schedule ALWAYS. from weekends to week days. She was always one phone call away and she tried to give us always a solution. We were able to close within two months of starting our search. I highly recommend Courtney. Hoping to keep in touch until our next search ??

I highly recommend Courtney Orlando as a Realtor. She recently handled my mother’s sale and purchase and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. My mother is elderly and was very worried about moving. I wanted her to move closer to me so I could take care of her. She needed a specific type of house to meet her needs, and Courtney found the perfect house for her. Courtney prepared my mom’s house to be sold, and it got multiple offers the first week it was listed. During both transactions, Courtney was there through every step of the process. She answered any questions my mom or I had, and always responded to our phone calls and texts promptly. I was impressed with Courtney’s expertise in her field, and with how courteous and caring she was with my mother. She really showed us that my mom’s happiness was her priority. Courtney Orlando and her team sold my parents' house within 1 week. Courtney's marketing strategies and negotiation skills are superb in addition to being extremely professional and supportive throughout the entire transaction. Communication is key and she was always available. You cannot go wrong with having the Courtney Orlando Group take care of your real estate needs. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience working with Sonja to find our dream home in Bridgewater NJ. Sonja Chartowich is very knowledgeable about the local market and the home buying process in New Jersey. Through out the elongated search period her enthusiasm to help us never dipped , and she handheld us through all the stages of the buying process, and continues to support us as we settle into our new home. She was always punctual and responsive , and made sure we understood the pros and cons of each property. There was never any pressure to make an offer we were not comfortable with. My wife and I recommend Sonja wholeheartedly. She is a solid professional and a genuinely good person !
