Corey had to work hard on this one. We had several rounds of negotiation with the seller. When we got close to the closing date, our lender gave us unexpected news about some of the seller credits we had negotiated. Corey and Jessica ran multiple scenarios and worked with the lender and title company to make sure I was able to get the best deal possible. In the end, the closing went smoothly, but I would have lost a couple of thousand dollars on the deal without their due diligence. Thanks!

Corey helped me purchase an investment property. We had a lot of inspection details to negotiate with the seller. Corey gave good advice, and the deal went through right on time at a good price.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Didn’t hesitate to answer any questions i may have had. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy and sell. My house did not stay on the market very long. So if anyone is looking to sell quick i would choose corey because he is willing to work to get the job done
