We have been working with Cindy and Joy for several years and have always appreciated their knowledge of the area, professional management of the transaction, rapid/complete responses to questions and friendly dedication to the customer. They identified everything we needed to modify/stage in our house to get it sold in one day after listing. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with these two ladies. They helped me with an Estate sale home to make sure that I got the best deal possible and that any bumps were smoothed over quickly. Joy and Cindy were referred to me and what a pleasant experience! Joy is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the Colorado Springs area in addition to home construction. I moved from the east coast with no experience in the area or the impact of extreme fluctuations in temperature on home construction. She guided me every step of the way and was very informative. Joy did not stop her research until she found the perfect home for me. She is very diligent and responsive with communication. No high pressure selling here. I can’t say enough good things about this group. This team made buying a home painless and easy. Cindy and Joy were very professional from the first meeting through the closing of our parents estate. They communicated with my brother and I daily to keep us update on the process. This was my third house that I have sold and the were the best agents that I worked with. They are a great team. I would recommend this team if you’re looking a professional team that know the business.
