Alfredo was great during our house sale process. He gave us a competitive sales price backed up by the neighborhood recent sales. The pictures, the video, and the drone footage of the property and surrounding area were fantastic. He is always a phone call or text away to answer any concerns and was really good keeping us updated. Most importantly he is on top of what needs to be done before an issue arises. Alfredo is the best! The home-buying process is not easy, but Alfredo helped us the entire way. Showed us countless homes, responding back to our late-night questions, putting together a competitive offer, etc. and he did it all with a huge smile. Even after our offer was accepted, Alfredo helped and guided us thoroughly till our home closed. We couldn't have bought this property without the help of Alfredo!

Alfredo managed the entire sale process of our home from start to finish! He provided recommendations on how to enhance property value, provided a list of contractors to interview, hired professional photographers and stagers, scheduled junk removers etc.! Alfredo must have visited our home over 20x before listing! He truly cares about his clients and owns the entire process from start to end. Oh and did I mention we were under contract in less than a week and received 10 offers over ask in a tough rate environment! I highly recommend Alfredo for all your real estate needs! Thanks again!
