We so appreciated working with Cailyn on this first home buy!! It was a challenging market with low inventory but she always stayed positive about our prospects. She understood what we were looking for and helped us balance the expectations with our budget and even give guidance on when a fixer upper might need too much fixing. She was always ahead of us at a property, sometimes previewing if she hadn’t seen the house previously. She had a great network of contacts in the realty world and in other areas related to the home search and purchase, like mortgage providers and plumbers, etc. She was always very responsive and also patient during the price negotiation process. She wanted us to act on our own best interests so we would have no doubts or regrets. We are so happy with this new home and It was such a great experience working with her.

I cannot say enough great things about Cailyn as our realtor. She is punctual, top notch in communication and client focused. Also well versed and educated in real estate matters! Cailyn has helped us with buying not only personal property but property on our business side. If you’re not using Cailyn Hall as your agent you are doing yourself a disservice!

There aren’t enough words to describe how much my husband and I enjoyed working with Cailyn! We were nervous to start house hunting, but Cailyn reached out to us and made us feel extremely comfortable from day 1. Her knowledge of the real estate field is impeccable! Her being a native of Milton made working with her even better as she helped guide us in choosing a safe neighborhood in Cabell County. I might be biased but my Sister has to be the best agent out there! She made everything go so smooth for me and it was an amazing experience being able to buy a home with her as my agent! She puts her heart into the process even when it isn’t for family!
