In this market the hone buying process can be daunting! Chris McDaniel really made this process as painless as possible! Chris and his wife Amber are great. They just sold 2 properties for us in Arizona and they were the smoothest sales I have ever had. While one is out pounding the pavement, the other is doing the paperwork and on the phone. Totally synergistic. You are getting 2 in one, as one is always available for your concerns. They even go above and beyond what's necessary because they truly care, every step of the way. They also got us top dollar on each of our sales. They are the total package so no need to call anyone else!!!!

Chris showed me every house I wanted to see. When we found the one I wanted, we ran into problem with financing. Chris thought out of the box and found a solution to get us the house. He is a great guy who makes time for you. If Chris can't get it done then it may not be possible. Will definitely recommend him to people or use him again if I should buy or sell in the future.
