Chris was an invaluable source of knowledge that made our home buying experience as seemless as possible. He always had answers or would quickly look up information for us. Couldn't be replaced and we will be utilizing his services to sell our home, as well.

Chris is amazing! We purchased our first home with him about 7 years ago. When it was time to for a bigger place we didn’t hesitate to call Chris again. We couldn’t be happier with our new home as well as with the offer we received on our first home. The Mason market is a rollercoaster but Chris held our hand the whole way. He has a ton of experience and replies to questions/messages promptly, even on Sundays. Highly recommended!

Searching for and purchasing our first home during this current market was filled with so many ups and downs and uncertainty but the one thing that kept us stable was Chris. We were lucky enough to have his name recommended to us by family. His knowledge of the market, the area, home value, and overall his very keen eye with details that we otherwise would’ve not noticed, lead us to our perfect home in this crazy market. Being a first time home buyer can be scary, we put our trust in Chris and it was clear that his only motivating factor was our success and happiness in the long term. Chris is VERY responsive, professional, knowledgeable and honest. He guided us flawlessly through the process from the first showing all the way up to signing on the dotted line.
