Chip is awesome and provided us with exceptional service. He was patient, understanding, and dedicated to ensuring potential homes met are specific needs and desires throughout all the searching and visits, competitive offer processes, etc. over several months in this crazy competitive market, all the way through closing. Chip is AMAZING! Our first couple experiences with other agents buying homes were nothing compared to how fabulous of an experience we had with Chip. Chip has the perfect combination of personal touch and professional guidance. Before we met Chip, we had looked at homes with a competitor, Keuka Lake's supposed "#1 agent". The difference between that other agent and Chip is INCREDIBLE. Chip is so energetic and wonderful with communication. He's very knowledgeable of the Finger Lakes and Keuka Lake market. We couldn't believe how involved Chip was in our transaction as compared to other realtors we have dealt with. He was always the first to help! Chip is an excellent real estate broker and we are sure to recommend him to anyone we know!

Chip helped us find our dream home on Keuka Lake! From the moment we met Chip, we knew that he was the perfect agent for our family. Charismatic, energetic, and very knowledgeable of the local market. Chip's communication is incredible; he would always return our calls within an hour! We would highly recommend Chip to anyone and we already have. He successfully represented our friends in the sale of their Keuka Lake cottage and they were just as impressed! We've had the best experience with Chip!

Chip has been showing me Keuka Lake waterfront homes for the past month or so. He continues to exceed my expectations! Chip is one of the most well educated realtors in the area and that is one of the many reasons I chose to work with him. He has knowledge and experience of the luxury and lakefront market. Chip is extremely dedicated and responsive by e-mail or cell phone at any time during the day or night. If you're looking for a lake home on Keuka Lake, I recommend Chip.
