Ms. Fuselier is a very knowledgeable and professional real estate agent. She guided us through the entire process of selling our home. She handled everything, including getting professional photographs of our home, researching similar home sales in the area. Within hours of our home listing going live on the internet we had several scheduled showings. When we received an offer on our home, she assisted us with negotiating a fair price and we were able to sell our home quickly. We actually had a contract on our house the day after our house was listed! She also guided us through the inspection process and closing. It was a please working with Ms. Fuselier and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell a home in the St. Tammany Area.

Cheryl is an excellent Realator. She really went the extra mile in helping us find our new home. Also in helping us sell our present in just two weeks. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional but still so kind and friendly. She’s never been to busy to help us anytime day or night. She simply the BEST

From the beginning Cheryl offered me real good advice about how to get my house ready for sale. The recommended listing price for the house seemed to be right on target. It was a good price from which to negotiate. She was able to recommend a couple of painters. The one that I chose, did a terrific job. She responded to my calls quickly. Cheryl kept me informed of progress every step of the way. She advertised very well. The first contract that I had fell through, because the buyer lost her job. Cheryl immediately took care of making sure showings resumed. There was another offer within a couple of days? But that person backed out in a few days. Cheryl’s calm, caring demeanor kept me calm. Within another few days, I had another offer. Closing occurred within a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend Cheryl as an agent.

Cheryl helped us buy our first home and made the process very easy for us. We spent months of searching for the right little farm, and Cheryl was always happy to meet us to look at 1, 3, or 6 properties if we wanted! When we did find the property we wanted she made the process flow easy and fast in our benefit. She has great contacts for all house related things and she answered all the "first time homebuyers" millions of questions! We highly recommend her services, she helps to make the process enjoyable!

I interviewed several agents before deciding to hire Cheryl as my agent. She is professional and knowledgeable. I received two offers within three days of the listing. One of those contracts closed on Monday,at the price at which it was listed. Good person, Great Agent!
