Cindy made our home buying process fun and smooth from start to finish. We moved to Evansville from out of state, and could not have done so without Cindy. She was always attentive and available to us to answer questions; she is reliable, prompt, and very knowledgeable; and we appreciated her calm and positive attitude. We so enjoyed working with Cindy and highly recommend her.

I feel very strongly that Carol is the reason my home is still on the market- her lack of attention and guidance was very disappointing to say the least. I support myself on a teachers salary- relocated to Louisville to start a new job and be near my daughter after the passing of my son. Being out of town should NOT be a feeling of disassociation when a realtor is hired to sell your home. Carols lack of attention has put me in a worrisome and difficult position of not being able to support myself within the next few months. IF she had told me (seriously) to have the home repainted, new roof, and new flooring last summer, I would have been able to take care of those things as best as I could. Michelle Johnson

Carol and her team were fantastic in helping us find a home. So of course when it was time to sell a family member's home we contacted her. She and her team went above and beyond the call of duty to quickly sell the house for a reasonable price.

Carol is an absolute professional. Don't waste time trying to sell by owner (like I did, at first). Go with Evansville's best realtor, Carol McClintock, from the get-go. Carol was very quick to respond to all of our requests. She and her team listed our home the same week that we made our initial inquiry, which was very impressive. During the negotiation process, Carol served as a trusted advisor and helped us understand every step. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling a home in Southern Indiana! She helped me achieve my goals, and I'm sure she will help you do the same.
