Cam, Francesca, and their team were wonderful to work with! I found them to have strong communication skills and always responded to my call/text/email in less than an hour on any day of the week. Their timely responses made me feel valued and respected, which laid the foundation for a good business relationship. I also trusted Cam’s feedback, recommendations, and market knowledge. He was upfront about expectations and provided a detailed plan to help us achieve our end goal, alongside an in-depth analysis of the zip code. Cam was accommodating to our schedules and understood how to balance the emotional rollercoaster that resides in following the market trends and making smart decisions – pricing, promoting, negotiating, timing. He pulled out all the stops for us and I appreciate his hard work!! What I liked most of all working with Cam’s team was their dedication and work ethic. They were always there for us every step of the way with answers to our questions, openness to discuss options, and honesty. Highly recommend!!

Cam represented us as the sellers agent and we could not have been more than happy with our choice of having him there to walk us through the entire process. He is knowledgeable, experienced, responsive, and extremely organized. His work is very thorough and he has a high level of attention to detail when it comes to things that can often be overlooked. An example is on the day we had the photographer scheduled, Cam wanted to make sure every angle of the home was perfect and spotless. He arrived early and noticed the chandelier in our home would look better in photos if we polished it a little. He took a moment to help us and after looking at the end result, the photos and videos came out gorgeous for the listing. We were even impressed with the Premium Glossy bi-fold that was handed out during open house. Additionally, an important factor to us was being able to sell our home at a price we were comfortable with and Cam was able to help us reach that goal. He asked us what our goal price was when talking numbers. He was very honest and direct with us in the beginning and told us he cannot guarantee that our home can sell at our goal price but he would try to do his best to help us reach it. When going over the offers we received, he explained which offers he believed were the best for us and helped us in the decision making process since this was our very first time selling our home. Using his negotiation skills he was able to help sell our home at our goal price! Lastly, his organized nature made communication and working with him a breeze. He truly makes the entire process feel seamless and guided us through every step of the way by giving clear direction on what needs to be done on our end and what he will be working on his end. It is very apparent that he is not a slacker and works very hard because the moment we reached out to him he gave us a plan--from preparing the home, scheduling a photographer, to having our listing go live, and then having an open house. He went above and beyond our expectations and I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Cameron helped my wife and I buy our first home. Very knowledgeable, always responsive, on time, and a friendly guy. He helped me negotiate the asking price down and ask for some additional contractor work done on the unit. I will be recommending him to anyone I know who is moving to Boston.

Cam was our selling and buying agent in Medford. As first time sellers, we were a little nervous about the process and unsure what to expect. Cam was very responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. Everything that Cam said in his initial pitch was exactly what happened and more-- he exceeded our expectations. His marketing, staging, photography, and videos were all great. Cam had great advice and we fully trusted him with the selling of our townhouse. We received 7 offers after 2 open houses and a couple showings and sold at 130k over ask-- all in less than a week. Cam got the deal done and we were very impressed with his timeliness of responses and direct nature- he was very honest and always steered us in the right direction. Overall he's great to work with and I recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. The Boston market is quite crazy and Cam navigates it well. He knows his stuff and is also easy to work with and talk to. Cam was also the buying agent on our single family home and he did a great job on this end of the deal as well- the deal was smooth sailing and we are very happy with our new home. Finally- one thing that separates Cam from other realtors I have seen in the area is that he has his own (equally great) team- Francesca is great, and this also frees up Cam's time to being working with us directly. Overall I strongly recommend Cam and his team!

We would like to unconditionally recommend Cameron Chesley for buying or selling real estate in Boston. Our experience working with Fantastic was fantastic. Back in January, we had the idea of selling our home in Cambridge and buying a place in Back Bay. We wanted to sell only if and when we found a place to buy. We also needed to time everything so that we can sell and then buy the new property in order to get the best deal on our mortgage. To us, this process seemed overwhelming. Cam was a great partner in the process. He helped us construct a strategy to give ourselves time to explore the Boston Market extensively. He very quickly understood our priorities and he was prompt in showing us old and new listings. Most importantly, he showed us properties that were off the market—one of those finally became our new home. Once the place was identified, he was extremely thorough and engaging in the pricing and comp analysis. We feel we had excellent support from him. Cam was a great agent. He was not pressuring us to do anything we did not want to do. He is clear, honest, and very prompt. He was analytical in his thinking which worked really well with us. We feel very lucky to have worked with him. We have bought and sold over 4 properties in Cambridge, but never bought in Boston. Cam was a great realtor to work with this in this new venture. He gets our highest recommendation.
