Bruce is great to work with and trustworthy. He helped me sell many properties that I thought would be a challenge quickly. His market knowledge and connections make it very easy to find a buyer at a good price.

Bruce did a truly outstanding job helping us sell our family home in Hopwood. He utilized accurate market knowledge to set the initial price appropriately. He was always available while the house was on the market, he communicated the status and possible actions very clearly. We achieved a sale with a single small price decrease in a slow market. His strategic guidance during negotiations after we received an offer helped us get the sale closed quickly at best value for us. Between contract and settlement he was invaluable. We were selling remotely, he supported the assessment and found contractors and supervised necessary repairs. He even lent us his truck to remove the last items. We had an excellent experience, I'm happy to recommend him.

Bruce was absolutely wonderful to work with! He met us several times to show us houses and was extremely flexible to meet our schedule. He was very responsive to our questions, gave us suggestions on other houses to view, and was never pushy about getting a sale. It took my husband and I over 3 months to find our home, but Bruce stayed with us and made sure we found something that worked perfectly for our family. Once we decided on a home to buy Bruce was absolutely amazing at navigating us through the buying process. When we had issues with our loan company he stepped up to the plate to make sure that everything proceeded by personally reaching out to them. He continued to answer all our questions, and helped us understand our Veterans home loan when we weren't sure about specific guidelines. Even after closing Bruce followed up to see how the house was working for us!! Bruce went above and beyond our expectations for a realtor and we cannot recommend him enough to others who are searching for their new home!
