At one point I would have given Brian a good review. He helped us buy our current home. However, over the past 2 years, my dealings with Brian have been extremely poor and I wouldn’t trust him with any real estate transaction. He fails to communicate updates proactively, he has been deceptive in his approach, and has possibly lied about his actions. I would be extremely careful doing any work with Brian. Personally, I will not.
