Brian did an excellent job navigating a very complex set of real estate transactions for my wife and I during a extremely rocky market. He was able to sell two of our homes in Sneads Ferry in the midst of COVID-19 as well as was successful in rebutting a low appraisal and allowing us to sell our home for asking price. As a member of the USMC I was gone from the local area for the majority of the listing process and Brian consistently pushed information to me without me having to ask, giving me peace of mind that the homes were being taken care of. From scheduling inspections to ensuring that all paperwork was submitted on time, Brian was on top of his game throughout the process. Brian is a consummate professional and I will be recommending him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home in the greater Camp Lejeune Area!

Worked with Brian for what seemed like forever until we found the perfect home. Brian was patient throughout the process, sending listings, was always ready to jump when we found a house we wanted to see. When we were ready to make an offer, Brian was able to provide good advice for during the negotiations. Once the offer was accepted, Brian was there throughout the process to assist with getting inspections lined up, etc. Overall, great guy, honest person, would definitely reccomend and work with in the future.

I was legal counsel for the seller. Brian did a terrific job on a "hard to sell" property. He brought a skill set to the process that had been missing with previous agents. I highly recommend him.

I was successful for over 40 years in sales. If I had been competing with Brian, I would not have had the success I did. Brian is a great person that I trust completely to represent me.

Brian found a buyer for our vacation home at the beach. The family was from Raleigh, NC. He did a lot of research for us to find comparables, so that he could help us to set a fair price for the prospective owners. Negotiations were required for the buyer and us to agree on the price. Brian was excellent as he helped broker the deal. We needed help getting a table and chairs out of the house that the new owners did not want. (We are both in our seventies.) He got help from his son to bring the solid oak table and six chairs down the flight of steps and he loaded them on a truck for us himself. He got the refrigerator cleaned out and the storage room as well. He always communicated to us what needed to be done to help the house sell. Brian found a local electrician, plumber, and painter and oversaw the work himself since we live two hours away. The house sold in six weeks and everyone was satisfied and happy. We signed closing documents a few days before with the lawyer, and Brian, with our permission on signed paperwork, represented us so that we would not have to be at the actual closing. He did all that he could possibly do to make the experience a very possitive one. We have bought and sold several properties in the 48 years we have been married. Brian is definitely the best realtor we have ever worked with.
