We were matched with Brian to tour a home. He confirmed with us through email that our tour was scheduled. I reached out to schedule another home tour and was told his associate Matthew would contact us. The next day I received an email that the tour had been canceled and I have yet to hear from Brian or Matthew. Very unprofessional. I am now in works with another agent.

Matt was amazing at understanding our needs in finding a home and helpful fulfilling our dream. He went above and beyond making sure we were informed in every step of the process and answering all our questions he even jumped in when we had issues on our side to make sure everything fell into place we couldn’t be more happy with the way things turned out and if it weren’t for him we wouldn’t have made it to the finish line and be sitting in our very own country home! Thank you Matt for making this rollercoaster experience so much easier and making our dreams come True! Matt also swooped in and saved the day after almost getting completely scammed out of a quite a bit of money and he helped us sell a house as is to get Out from under it to help buy our Dream house so we cloud still close on the same day. With time of the essence he steped up to the plate and worked hard and fast and sold our house in a matter of Days. Our experience with Matt was nothing but the best I highly recommend him he is very family friendly and Included our kids and our family in every step of the process always looking out for our best interest it wasn’t just a check for Him like some realtors and we appreciated that!
