I've bought two houses and a separate piece of property using Brenda as my buyer's agent. She is universally recognized by everybody in the Custer County area as the most up to date and knowledgeable realtor around. Brenda works hard to ensure you see not only what you think you want to see, but what meets your needs in areas you may not have considered. She knows the politics, planned growth areas, whats selling and whats not, and all the county statistics. There are others, who might be newer or in less demand, but they can't beat the service and commitment that Brenda offers.

We listed our home with Brenda and she was able to get it under contract .in an extraordinary short period of time. We were absolutely shocked. I attribute this to her excellent knowledge of the market and bringing us information on comparable properties that allowed us to price the house accurately. We have found Brenda to be a true professional. She is without a doubt the best realtor we have worked with. If you want your house sold give her a call you won't be disappointed

I have worked with Brenda multiple times in selling and buying our previous homes. She is awesome! She works hard and at all hours. Selling and buying a home is exciting but often stressful, but Brenda has a way of decreasing the stress and making it such an easy process.

Our experience with Brenda Bosse and Martin & Tope Realty was very disappointing. Mrs. Bosse was unable to accurately list our property with correct facts, photos and comparables. Mrs. Bosse would only agree to our requests if we extended her contract. We were forced to hire an attorney to cancel our contract with Martin & Tope. This company will not receive a recommendation from us.
