Barbara provided an extremely professional and seamless experience selling our home that we lived in for 44 years and relocating my family to a rental property for the next two years. Our home sold in 4 days. There is tremendous value-added working with Barbara due to her extensive knowledge of the marketplace. Throughout our experience, Barbara was in constant contact with us and quickly responded to every question and situation from preparing our home for sale to the closing and moving to the rental. Selling, and simultaneously purchasing, a new home is extremely stressful, but having a professional like Barbara guide us through the process was a huge help. We really appreciated her extensive local knowledge and her honesty. If she thought something was not a good value, she was frank about it, even though she would get a higher commission if we overpaid. She was also very good at helping us see possibilities in properties we toured. If we got hung up on something that could be easily changed, she would mention some possible options that helped us look at the properties differently.

Barbara knew exactly what to do, when to do it, and who to call in for any work that had to be done, such as painting, repairs, etc. I feel that other agents have great respect for her. She takes her job very seriously and gets the things done. She is extremely organized and responsive. If I could be at the house when needed, she took over. I would certainly use her in the future.
