Erin and her team were above and beyond what we could ever ask for in a realtor. We were moving our family across the country from WV to MT and Erin made us feel very at ease and comfortable from the first time we chatted. She always responded to our plethora of questions and concerns in a timely fashion and was also extremely helpful with local knowledge and recommendations. She assisted us throughout our entire home buying process from scheduling viewings to setting up home inspections for us since we were new to the area. We can’t recommend her enough, especially if you are coming from out of state and need a very friendly and trustworthy realtor to show you what the Helena area has to offer!

Erin was on top of things and patient with our requests. Since we were from out of state, her expertise was essential. She did a great job of keeping us informed and when snags occurred, like changing our closing date or talking to the bank to get the wire transfer handled, she went above and beyond. We appreciate all she did for us and highly recommend her for any one buying real estate.

Her strategic approach and timing helped us buy a us buy a great house in Missoula without overpaying for it. She also facilitated a price reduction based on findings in the inspection.
