Alana was the real estate agent working for the sellers for a townhouse I was interested in. After we toured the home, I made an offer which was accepted. Alana was very knowledgeable and attentive to details, giving sound advice. Always punctual and easy to reach, she was also easy to work with on all levels of the buying process. I've now worked with Alana on both the buying and selling side, and she has been fantastic in every way. I'm fairly certain she has a 100% "pick up the phone" rate when I give her a call which is a feat in and of itself. In this particular sale, Alana represented both sides of the transaction (buyers and sellers) and navigated that type of negotiation very professionally. Aside from her professional demeanor and expertise, Alana is simply a great person to work with; she's approachable, funny, and very generous with her time and energy. This is the second home I've bought with Alana & I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with her. My first experience I was a first time home buyer, this time we bought as a growing family. She listened to what we were looking for, what we needed, what was lacking in our prior place as our family was growing... and it all led to us buying our dream home. Alana knew the market, found some gems, had the right contacts and helped us with various pieces of the process that overwhelmed us at times.
