I engaged this real estate group to secure a tenant for the second unit of a property I purchased which was listed through them, assuming their familiarity with the area would be beneficial. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The rental listing used outdated photos that did not reflect the significant updates I had made to the unit, despite my concerns being raised. As a result, the property received only two showings. After approximately 2 weeks, I was informed that the agent who posted the listing was leaving the real estate group. Given the lack of progress and overall dissatisfaction with the service, I requested that the listing be removed so I could proceed with a different agent. Despite this request being made over a week ago, the listing remains active. This delay has prevented me from re-listing the unit and finding a tenant in a timely manner. The lack of responsiveness and follow-through has been frustrating and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this group for rental services based on my experience.

Koko was absolutely incredible to work with! Showed me my house and was able to see and close on it smoothly & quickly. Not only did he represent me as the buyer but also found me an incredible tenant. Was Super knowledgeable of the area and personally showed and followed up with every prospective tenant that came to see my home. 10/10!!!!
