I chose DeAnna because of her experience and expertise in the market that I was in. She helped me buy and sell a home. In both cases, she guided me to making a very good deal that I was happy with. The process was smooth and every challenge was met with a positive can do attitude. She has a team that covers EVERYTHING! Her team helped with staging, repairs, clean up and anything that came up unexpectedly. She answered her phone and responded to texts quickly and sent out team members to help at a moments notice. Her team was focused on making sure that every part of the transaction went smoothly, even the ones that didn't benefit her directly. She just wanted a satisfied customer in the end, and she achieved that both times.

Brianna & the Armario Homes team were recommended to us by our financial planner once they learned we were looking for a condo in the Tri-Valley area, and I'm so glad she was. Brianna's communication throughout the entire process was prompt, professional, & friendly. Brianna also went above and beyond to make sure that even once we were moved into our home, everything like appliances were working properly. In checking in after closing, she noticed that our AC wasn't working & quickly escalated things to be fixed through her contact with our home warranty provider. I would definitely recommend Brianna & the Armario Homes Team to anyone I know looking to buy or sell in the area because of they truly are a realty team you can trust to work hard to meet your specific realty needs.

Brianna was instrumental in helping me close on the purchase on time. During the course of the process, she went above and beyond in keeping in close contact with the seller as well as all parties involved such as the lender, the closing agent, etc so things went smoothly. She was also very knowledgeable about Pleasanton and for someone new to the area, I found it very helpful to have a point of reference from someone local. Highly recommend Brianna for Pleasanton buy/sell!
