The best realtor we have ever dealt with. We have worked with Ann last summer and this summer. we had a difficult time selling our home in Burnet, she worked with is for the duration. always helpful and patient with our circumstance, as they changed often. Finally found the perfect home in Granbury and sold our home in Burnet. She is great and have never had the service she provided before.

Ann recently listed our home for sale and also helped us purchase a home in Arlington. We listed our home in Granbury one day and had several cash offers on our home! She is the best negotiator when it comes to selling and purchasing properties. She knows and understands what appeals to the seller and also to buyers, and is the calm during the storm! Even though we had a contract on our house, she had a BACK UP contract waiting for us in case this one fell through! She's amazing, easily accessible and is truly a wonderful and kind person. The stars were aligned when we secured her as a realtor because she really made things happen quickly and all while we were out of the country for two weeks! The seller of the home we ended up purchasing was quite a challenge to work with but Ann took the pressure off of us and worked with the seller and his agent the entire time and ended up getting us a fantastic deal and a beautiful home for us. We would never buy or sell a home again unless we used Ann Winston - she is phenomenal!
