Martain was great to work with ! Very knowledgeable about the market and current trends, secured for us a full price, cash offer within a month in a neighborhood that had homes sitting for a year on the market. We had a price in mind for our sale but after his resarch Martain had us raise it another 25k and made us more money than we thought possible ! I highly recommend Martain and would use his services again in the future without question !

Justin was an excellent guy to work with, and just the kind of realtor we needed. We got lucky because he just happened to be the realtor associated with the first house we wanted to look at. At the time, we really didn't know much about how realtors worked and even if the process through Zillow was trustworthy. Justin was great in that he explained the processes for everything simply and ensured we knew what was going on at all steps. He never pushed or pressured us to continue using him as a realtor, but his down-to-earth nature and transparency was enough to let us know he was the real deal. He spent lots of time with us in viewing houses, some more than once, was lightning-fast on getting viewings scheduled, and had "Wall Street" negotiation prowess. His professional knowledge and advice was invaluable at each house we looked at. By closing, we're convinced Justin is one of the best of the best. Realtor for life!
