Andrea and her team were wonderful. We had a complicated sale due to several factors but Andrea was able to expertly guide us through the process. This included coordinating cleaners, repairmen, moving crews, and others to prepare the house for sale. We appreciated all that she did for us, she truly went above and beyond! We would 100% recommend working with her!

Andrea and her team are AMAZING. They helped be through each step of the process, were extremely attentive and responsive any time I had questions, and provided excellent guidance when I was unsure of how to proceed. I was a first-time home buyer and Andrea is also an expert in the the assistance program I used through the city of San Francisco. This program had many extra hoops to jump through with additional paperwork and Andrea and her team made everything easy to follow and understand. Andrea was extremely reassuring and I felt completely confident in moving through the process with her help.

Wouldn't buy a property in San Francisco without Andrea. She and her team have assisted us (and held our hands) through two home sales and two purchases. We had challenging circumstances in both (one was extricating ourselves from a TIC and the other involved getting our contingent offer accepted and a three week turnaround on the sale of our former place). No transaction is easy but ours were especially stressful in their own way and having Andrea at our side attending to all the details was invaluable. Her depth of experience with all manner of transactions was critical to us and her calm assurances were essential to our peace of mind. It's a full service set of supports to with staging support, quick referrals for mortgage brokers, contractors, cleaners, movers etc. all service and deadline oriented and uniformly reasonable pricing. If you want to get your deals done, go with Andrea!
