Amy has a deep knowledge of the Oregon Coast and is also very professional. We have enjoyed working with her and found that she is one of the best realtors we have worked with. We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to find the exact oceanfront condo that met our needs for the 1031 exchange. We can recommend Amy with certainty that all clients will be totally satisfied. Because we live in Hawaii our needs included touring on a specific days when we were in Oregon. Also, since we are infrequent visitors with a son and his family that live in Oregon, we needed a location that our son's young family could use on occasional weekends. Amy provide that knowledge to allow us to make a selection that could fit our needs and provide income during the remainder of the year when we did not use the condo.

Amy and team were fantastic to work with! They were all professional, quick on response time, positive and polite, extremely knowledgeable of the area and real estate information, and a great negotiator. Amy is very professional, kind, PATIENT and always there when you need her. We worked with her over a year and a 1/2 to sell our home and to buy a new one. I highly recommend her and her team!! She also has great connections and contacts in Lincoln County and recommendations. She has been in the biz a while, knows her stuff, and is a wonderful woman. Don’t hesitate to contact her!

Amy did a fantastic job for us. We were selling my mother-in-laws house but did not live in the local area. She was responsive and on top of everything, helping us with coordination for an estate sale and local resources. Her diligence allowed us to feel comfortable taking care of everything from afar. Would highly recommend her to anybody looking to buy or sell.

Amy has helped my wife and I buy and sell and number of houses over the years. However, this most recent home sale, Amy went above and beyond the call of duty to help us meet our deadline.
