Amy and Joe did an amazing job not only finding us the house of our dreams but selling our other home as well. It was staged perfectly where it was on the market for less than 48 hours before we accepted an offer. There is an open line of communication, and they even help us with recommendations for restaurants in the area. Truly wonderful people! Would highly highly recommend!

My husband and I chose to work with Amy & Joe to sell our home because we needed skilled agents who could get our home sold quickly and for top dollar. When we met with them it was apparent they were experts in the market and had comprehensive knowledge about our home and neighborhood. We knew we could trust them and not only were we right, but they exceeded our expectations. Their ability to stage our home and their marketing strategy got our home sold in just days right before the holidays. In addition to their professionalism and expertise, they were great people to work with and they really cared about our family. They went out of their way to help us in so many ways above and beyond the transaction. We have small children and they were so supportive and made the whole process smooth and easy. We would absolutely hire them again in a heartbeat.

We started our house hunting process by telling Joe exactly what we were looking for and letting him know that we weren't in any rush until we found something that checked our boxes of must-haves. Within a few hours of a home being listed, Joe was excited to tell us that it had everything we needed. He was right, and was able to get us a viewing on the same day. Throughout the buying process, Joe helped a address all of our questions and concerns as not only a seasoned real estate professional, but as someone with empathy for us a young family. I'm more than happy to recommend Joe Burley to anyone who is buying or selling in his local area of expertise!

We have purchased a home and sold a home with Amy and we highly, highly recommend Amy and Joe. They are extremely knowledgeable, were on time with everything they said they would do, they were proactive, they took great care to answer all of our questions. Amy and Joe are personable and walked us through the entire process A-Z. In every interaction with them I felt like I was a valued client because of their attention to detail, and how they took great care to help us and answer all our questions. And then we sold it! The sales process was so efficient - and it was quick. I think we closed in about 18 days after the initial offer. They were on time with everything and had a great list of partners they work with that made the whole sales process so efficient and easy. Highly recommend Amy and Joe!

Joe and Amy are absolutely amazing realtors!! They took care of us with white glove service from start to finish for the sale of our home. Their knowledge of the market, the area, and to effectively stage our home for sale was top notch. Joe helped us determine the right price for our home to help us maximize our return and sell quickly. Amy professionally staged and help decorate the house to make it incredibly appealing to potential buyers. They were so effective that we sold the house in two days at full asking (which was higher than we thought we could get for the house). We have relocated many times and have worked with numerous realtors in the past but none of them have provided the level of high quality service and support that we received from Joe and Amy!!!
