We have worked with Alicia a couple of times now on both the buying and selling side of the process. She has always been resourceful and helpful when it has come to odd questions even after the sale. Though we are moving out of her home area, We intend to keep her information handy should we need to come back to the Cedar Rapids/North Eastern Iowa area.

Alicia was great to work with! She was responsive and also very patient even when we took a long break from home shopping to reconsider our options. She helped us find the right home and was able to move fast once we made decisions. She was really fantastic through all the stages of making an offer, negotiating, inspections and closing.
