We have been working with Alice Headley as our realtor for over 10 years and we have bought 2 homes and sold 1 using Alice as our agent. When we expereinced some challenges with some difficult sellers, Alice was there for us and she worked very hard to resolve the issues and went the extra mile to close the escrows successfully. Alice has strong determination and good honest work ethics. Alice stuck with us too, over the years, and was deditcated to finding the Oregon home we were looking for. Alice is very knowledgeable about Real Estate laws, country property. and knows a lot about the Southern Oregon RE Market. Alice is easy going and fun to work with, and she provided us with the best pic-nic lunch ever!! Alice balances her work and family time and provided us with a co-worker's assistance when a few times that she wasn't available. Don Dixon and Adam Elliot made the whole buying process extremely easy and handled most everything for us. We primarily worked with Adam as our agent and he was very knowledgable and was able to answer just about every question we had as first time buyers. Even when there were curve balls thrown by my loan officer slacking off during the week of closing, Adam and Don pulled through and kept the whole deal on track. We will definitely be working with the HD Realty Team in the future and will always recommend!
