I can’t say enough good things about Trevor and his team. Selling a house is stressful no matter how smooth it looks from the outside, and he was steady, sharp, and honest the whole way through. He knew the market cold, gave clear advice without any salesy nonsense, and stayed on top of every detail like it was his own house on the line. What really stood out was communication. No guessing, no chasing him down, no surprises. When something needed to be done, it got done. When a decision mattered, he laid out the options and let me choose without pressure. Bottom line: Trevor delivered exactly what he said he would, and he made the process a lot easier than it had any right to be.
