I can’t say enough good things about Trevor and his team. Selling a house is stressful no matter how smooth it looks from the outside, and he was steady, sharp, and honest the whole way through. He knew the market cold, gave clear advice without any salesy nonsense, and stayed on top of every detail like it was his own house on the line. What really stood out was communication. No guessing, no chasing him down, no surprises. When something needed to be done, it got done. When a decision mattered, he laid out the options and let me choose without pressure. Bottom line: Trevor delivered exactly what he said he would, and he made the process a lot easier than it had any right to be. If you’re selling your house and want someone who actually knows what they’re doing and has your back, he’s your guy.

I can't imagine anyone knowing the Shreveport/Bossier market better than Trevor. I was able to learn a lot about the different neighborhoods and what to look for in a house. He was willing to work with me as long as needed and we ended up closing on a house well below my budget with everything I was looking for. His military and investment experience in the area was also a huge plus.
