I wrote Evodna Springer a review a little over a year ago after she sold a home for us in Shreveport. As promised, we continue to use Evodna's realtor services and recently sold an investment property with her as our agent. This most recent sale was a bit more complicated situation. We were located in another city and needed quite a bit of help. Evodna went straight to work with her plethora of market knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, contacts and extra care. When I tell you she handles her clients with the best of care, it is no exaggeration. We had several offers the first day our home was on the market. This was all due to Evodna networking with skills! This realtor goes above and beyond. We will always use Evodna for real estate services in North Louisiana. Sage Easter a phenomenal agent. She was incredibly responsive and communicative, found us the perfect house, and went above and beyond to help us out before, during, and after closing. Will definitely be recommending her to friends when the subject comes up.

Huge shout out to Adam and Jenna. Second time selling a home with Adam and both times he’s been 100% right with everything. This time selling was an older, cheaper home that needed some work. Being on the other side of the country, I sent a text and Adam provided a remodel plan that he felt confident would get the house sold and provide a return on investment. Through the whole process I had the utmost confidence in him and it all worked out as he said. Along the way, we had some issues on the buyer’s side arise and Jenna stepped in. She stayed on top of everything and ensured documentation was provided and signed when they needed to be. She kept me informed through each step of the sale. Many realtors have positive reviews, but I find it hard to believe there’s a better team available that will take on all projects. I highly recommend Team Lytle to anyone looking to buy or sell. Sage was extremely knowledgeable and made the buying process stress free. She kept up is in the loop and gave us advice during the entire process as a realtor. I highly recommend Sage to anyone buying a home!
