This spring I had the pleasure of working with Hillel Fried. I feel lucky to have stumbled upon him early on in my search for a home in NYC and quickly enlisted him as my agent. He dedicated serious time and miles in my search. He took time to get to know me so that he could best advise which properties would be a good match. Hillel Fried is a great professional, who over a period of a few weeks became a very close friend and guide to my wife and I, even as we searched for a Manhattan apartment for ourselves. For starters, this was no easy task because we were just returning from an overseas assignment, I was transiting to a retirement of sorts, and our financial affairs were, to put it mildly, in some disarray! We came upon HiIlel as we looked in on a co-op, having just been outbid on another where we were left feeling the realtor had let us down (showing not enough interest or energy on our behalf, and keeping us under-informed)y. Right from the start, Hillel struck us as extremely friendly, highly knowledgeable about the city and various streets and buildings, and more than willing to happily put in some serious hard work on our behalf . Most importantly he turned out to be someone who cares deeply about the customer, going to great lengths to fully understand our needs and requirements, and providing a level of input and feedback that was absolutely spot on to manage our interests and anxieties. Marwan Ayad helped us find and purchase a coop apartment in Queens. He recommended several beautiful apartments in Jackson Heights, Flushing, and Forest Hills. Anna is incredible! Very professional and responsive. She is very quick to answer emails and easy to schedule with. She’s is also very patient. We were first time home buyers so she helped us get pre-approved and with every other step along the way up until our closing.
