Wade was amazing to work with. We were completely new to Columbia and didn’t really know where was best for us. Wade was able to lead us to a perfect location that we are extremely happy with. Wade went above and beyond to not only find us the perfect home, but make it as stress-free as possible. He truly goes the extra mile to get us settled and welcomed in our new neighborhood. We were moving to the area from another state and he made sure we maximized our house hunting trip. The true “over the top” was even helping us meet our new neighbors and become a part of an awesome community. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
