Tracy was there for us when we lost both of our parents and selling our childhood home. Very knowledgeable and friendly. So he comes highly recommended. We had an offer but after the inspection and list of items that needed to be fixed and corrected, he advised us which items were more important. So we had to fix the floor joist but before we did the buyer backed out but Tracy got us to still fix and received another offer almost immediately. That offer went through without a hitch and we closed on 5106 Spring Lane, Shelby NC today. Thanks Tracy
