We were not satisfied with this agent selling our house. He works more for buyers than the sellers. He was very complacent and did NOT pay attention to details. He admitted to misleading buyers into believing we would extend the closing date so they could go on vacation; we closed 10 days past the contract date. We had to ask him to update the photos with the season, it took two weeks to get sign in front of property, etc. etc. Closing documents had the wrong address on them and his advice was to "just sign"; which we did not. WE worked with the Title Settlement Officer to correct the documents. There are plenty of good realtors out there; don't settle for this one.

From the first time we met to the end this agent was easy to work with. Always took phone calls or called right back if he was engaged in something else. We were on a tight time frame and he kept the process moving. Would most definitely use him in the future or recommend him to other clients. He also had a nice disposition.

He was recommended to us by a number of local people in Roscommon. I noticed many signs with his name around town, so we chose to list our condo with him. He was very realistic and gave us good advice for staging the property for the showings. He took great pictures for the listing and sold the properaty within a reasonable length of time.
