We have used Tina to both buy and sell a house and are using her to broker the house we are currently building. Tina helped us buy our first house. She was excellent in making sure that every detail was taken care of. She was also there to give advice but we never felt like she was looking out just to make a commission but truly wanted to help us out. We were new to the area so we had no idea where to look and where to stay away from. Tina knows exactly what is going on in the market and the history of each area. She wasn't just finding us a house but also wanted to make sure we would be able to get a return on our house when ready to sell even thought we though we never would. 4 years down the road after the amazing experience we had with her when buying the house we didn't even hesitate to give her a call and get some info on the value of home and the possibility of selling. She came fully prepared with market numbers on the area and didn't waste any of our time. She gave us pointers on what we can do to make it show ready and things we didn't need to do that would cost money and not add any extra value to the house. She was very pro-active and had a good amount of showings and when we got some offers she gave us her honest opinion on them and we accepted one of the offers and the real fun began. The buyers bank was very slow and not proactive at all but Tina was always giving us updates and trying to keep them on schedule for the closing. She made a super stressful situation a lot easier to handle. When closing day came she had everything all lined up for us we were in and out of the title company office and quickly celebrating! TLDR: We always recommend Tina to anyone looking buy, sell or just testing the waters. She is thorough, pro-active, well spoken, friendly and knows the area and very well.

My husband and I worked with Tina on the purchase and sale of a city lot. We also worked with her on the sale of a lot that we had in Jefferson City. She is everything we want in a realtor. Need I say more? Linda Pfister
