Jennifer Adams personifies "a steel hand in a velvet glove". She handled the selling of our old house with grace while aggressively negotiating a price that would work for us. She then helped us find and purchase our dream house with the same skill set. She talked me through the emotional times and held firm with a seller's agent when he wasn't always professional. She is amazing at her job and made both the selling and the buying process easier. She was patient and explained each step of the process and allowed me to be both a neurotic planner and a hands-off negotiator. I loved the fact that they brought professionals in that allowed us to make design changes for a quick sale. We had three TIMES the amount of traffic as other homes in our neighborhood due to great pictures and knowledge of the market. Choosing a realtor is hard but I have NEVER regretted going with Jennifer.

My husband and I decided it was time to sell our home but I was not so sure about the timing. I was very busy with school ending, and family obligations that I didn't think I was going to have time to prepare our home and do the paperwork to sell it. After talking to Jennifer, she assured me that she would be there every step of the way and do her best to make the process go as smoothly as possible. She kept to her word and called frequently to check in to see if there was anything I needed or any questions I had. Jennifer knew we were on a deadline and made sure she used every resource possible to make sure our home was seen by others. Our home was seen before we were even on the market and within 2 days after going on the market we had 5 possible buyers view the house. Need less to say our home sold within 7 days at the price that we were asking. She has made the selling of our home a great experience that we are also using her to buy our new home.

Having Jennifer as our agent gave me confidence she would find the right house for my husband and me. We looked at many homes because I did not know the area in which I wanted to live. Jennifer's patience and personal touch was a great treat. I've worked with relators that their only goal was the commission. Jennifer wanted the best for us, which was demonstrated in the ultimate house we purchased. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a home.
