Mere words cannot express my appreciation for all of Terry's expert guidance and advise. She has gone above and beyond in making my purchase become a reality. Whenever I had a question, she was always there to answer it, and if she didn't know, she took the time and effort to find the answer. I truly would have been lost without her. I thank Terry for her kindness and professionalism; her caring and guidance. She has met and continues to meet every expectation with the knowledge people need in a realtor.

Terry was a joy to have as a realtor. Our favorite quality has always been that she's very down-to-earth and able to provide her honest opinion and helpful insight. She was quick to learn our style/taste in houses but, also helped try to keep our eyes open to other options. We were very picky buyers so it took us 4 years and 20+ house tours to find a house that fit our style and price range but through it all, Terry was always patient, very flexible with scheduling, and ready at a moments notice to look into a property as soon as it came on the market. Overall, we were very satisfied and would certainly use her again.

We are closing on our first home tomorrow. Terry has been our rock through the whole process and we would not be at this point without her. She has gone over and beyond for us every step of the way, kept us calm and assured us through all of the frustrating moments. We highly recommend her if you are thinking of buying a home.
