Steve is absolutely fabulous! I did a lot of research before I chose a realtor to sell my mother's home. Since the home was not occupied, I was not in a rush to choose a realtor and I had plenty of time to try and choose the perfect realtor. This is the 4th time I've had a home for sale. I was looking for a realtor who was knowledgeable about market trends, knows the area well, is a go getter, attentive, had excellent credentials, who won many awards and sold many homes. One name kept popping up in my search- a realtor named Steve Kempton. From the minute I reached out to Steve, he was extremely friendly and let me know that we will be working as a team. He was extremely attentive to details, gave excellent suggestions and recommendations. He made sure the pictures of the house looked amazing before they were published. Steve was very responsive, and when I texted him with questions ( I had many), he answered within minutes. Steve had many potential buyers already lined up before my mother's house was officially put on the market. We had 3 bids the first day. Steve sold the house for $20,000 more than the asking price! I am so thankful that Steve made selling my mother's home seamless and stress free. He is without a doubt the best realtor out there, and now I understand why he won many awards and why he has excellent reviews. Thank you Steve!
