Christine was a real pleasure to work with. From beginning to end she was always very professional, friendly, prompt, and responded within minutes to any questions or concerns when I called, texted, or emailed her. We looked at about 10 properties together and at each one she listened to my concerns and volunteered observations of her own based on her experience. When it was time to negotiate a price, I asked for feedback about the asking price and what to ask the seller to address after the home inspection and she shared what she has learned over time. The seller was a bit difficult when it came to addressing concerns he agreed to after the inspection, and she politely but firmly held her own with him as my representative. I definitely felt like Christine was in my corner and she even shared a trustworthy referral for some work I wanted done on the property after purchase. I left the closing with a really good feeling about the whole experience, and I will definitely call her again when I'm ready to purchase another rental property.

Alia really took a lot of worry off me as a first time homebuyer. I had to place trust in her and she definitely fought tooth and nail for me to get the house I wanted!
